Over 35+ Years of experience and knowledge.

Works with clients to understand conceptualized work and communicates with team to ascertain jobs are completed in a timely and conservative matter. 

Nick Marke

VP of Operations

Graduated from New York Institute of Technology in May of 2011 with Bachelors of Architecture and Construction Managment.

 

Since his graduation, Nick works very hard to coordinate and implement his knowledge, from New York Institute of Technology, to Benjamin Construction's day to day operation, in office and on all field.

The future of Benjamin Construction's family oriented business, together with the rest of our team, is in good hands!

 

Armand Mecaj

Senior Project Manager

 

Over 15 years of experience and a specialist who plays a vital role in our projects. .  He poses exceptional supervision and management skills to ensure each project flows smoothly. Extensive knowledge of all related construction and the ability to anticipate all aspects of a project.

 

 

Staci Gassoso

Off-Site Project Manger

 

Over 30 years in Construction Management. Involved with all aspects of the project  from contractual to in field production and inspections. Negotiates revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Coordiantes time required to meet deadlines. Review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.

 

Lindi Marke

Project Manager 

 

Orients each technician to jobsite, Ensures all materials and equipment, Policy training, communicates job expectations; planning of the job, monitoring, adhering to all policies and procedures. He maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Jana Marke

Office Book Keeper

 

Maintains office services by organizing operations, appointmetns, meetings and procedures. Controls correspondences, designs filing sustems, reviews billing and approves supply requisitions as well as assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
