 As per “GMS Structural Engineers & Building Evelope Consultants," we removed part of the existing parapet walls around the building, down to 24” height and installed new prefabricated snap-on aluminum coping and hot-dipped galvanized wall-mounted tube railing system, giving the occupants of the building a much better view of the beautiful city around them.
